The postwar Mauser Parabellum frame can be used, but needs some adjusting to function properly. The shape of the stop on the receiver bottom is square on a Mauser Parabellum and rounded on a prewar Mauser/DWM/Erfurt. Also the Mauser Parabellum has a long frame.
