You are right Ron, not Bulgarian but Norwegian. Not many of these where used by the police.

I like how the seller went from Bulgarian to Belgium... Looks more like Luxembourg to me!! Or maybe the city hall designation of Lincoln, Nebraska, yea, thats the ticket...
