Gentlemen,

The Single Action P.38 is the only known example of large bore pistols that have an exposed hammer which Walther ever produced.

This is a very rare bird and I spent an entire day on the photos. To my knowledge, this is the only time the mechanism of making a double action P.38 into single action has ever been documented.
