All of the marking are described.

I think you are right about the top being DWM

The serial # as I said is 646*

Just behing the barrel, above the release lever is a "N" with a crown above it

There are no other marking really except 6* (the last 2 digits of the serial # on it at various points as described in my post)

There is no year I saw anywhere on it.

As I said, a 9 mm round is just a tad too long to fit in the magazine.
