I've just aquired a new to me Luger and will hopefully find out about it. Will try posting photos.
SN 7803 with no letters, no date stamp, color seems greyish. |

The frame, at least, is from a WW1 machinegun company. It should have a dated chamber to be correct.
Looks like a nice shooter, thought. |

1908 first military. Check for the remnants of proofs on the left side of the receiver just behind the barrel.

looks like it has been parkerized some during its recent life instead of blued... not a factory finish for sure. It will make a great shooter.
