Hey guys, we're doing it again. The same type of unrelated to Luger topics caused the Forum to be changed.
The authorities tell the media only what they want them to hear. There are rules of evidential procedure. The media will lie & distort what information it receives. They want to sell papers, or keep your attention on the tube.
I'll also add, my long career as a police investigator has taught me the majority of us are influenced by what we learned as children.
Childhood is a training ground, for good or bad. Most of us could not have reached our goals in life were it not for the training we learned in our childhood.
I for one am an example of what I learned at home. If I wasn't brought up the way I was, I would have been appointed to the Police dept. Lets leave the Forum for Lugers.

If the defense rests, the prosecution rests.
I'm sure the jury will come back with a sentence of 30 days in the electric chair!

And we've got to keep Hugh away from the TV.

Getting back to the topic of the media screwing up identifying weapons. On one of the episodes of “The Osbournes” on MTV they showed Ozzy Osbourne carrying around a M1 Garand rifle that he kept under his bed. Well, about three weeks later, I was reading an issue of People Magazine were this incident came up. In it, some anti-gun idiot brought up this episode and wrote that Ozzy should not have been shown carrying around “his shotgun” because it was somehow “pro-gun”. They even had a photo of Ozzy with his Garand included with the article! So, all the editors of People Magazine missed it too.

Wes,
naw, lets keep Hugh watching TV. That way he won't be buying up all the Luger parts on Ebay before I get a chance to bid.
