I concur with Jerry (leatherholsterrepair) that the grips look mexican in origin to me... The fit of the grips to this Luger is not real close... So I would speculate that they were not specifically made and fitted for this particular Luger... but produced for sale.

Whether genuine Ivory or not, the poor fit will put off most buyers...

I also concur with Dwight, that your course of action to get the best price if you are interested in selling the items would be to put a better fitting pair of inexpensive grips on the gun and sell the grips and gun separately...
