Holster values

Hi Walt,

I had to pay really stupid money to get this Swiss holster :

Found out I was bidding against a fellow collector with quite deep pockets.

I wanted this holster for two reasons :

1. Its date of "41" is very appropriate for my Swiss Mauser luger (# 3721v ) made in the 1940-1941 time frame.

2. It has commercial style shoulder strap attachments (sewn in place) and non-military belt loop (only 1 not 2 loops).

I had to bite the bullet and bid way too high to win it. But how often woud I run across another Swiss commerical holster dated '41...?
