Incredible!, I saw a demostration on how they do the coating on TV. With a tank and a film floating on the surface. Then they dip and it adheres. I think. I wouldn't have done it to a HP though. The spinning gun rack at wallmart has shotguns with the coating. Out of curiosity I wonder how tough this treatment is.
