Absolutely correct. Rust is quite evident at edges of iron core. Some rattle and others just roll. My 1813s and 1870s rattle but only a few of my 14s do. High quality of detail on crowns used to be the assurance of originality but even that is now overcome by some of the eastern european counterfieters.
