Karl, I am unsure
Roy, from what I understand, the pistol was issued with the two matching mags from the police armory, it is beleived that they stamped the serial number, but not compeltly known. The holster would have been issued at that time, because the tool and extra mag would have to be put somewhere, so I think it would have been issued as a set. Received at different times, but marked by the armory and issued together. ed
