Pw.B. signifies Polizeiwehr Bayern (Bavarian Police Defense force). A para-military Bavarian police organization that existed only a short time after World War I. It was disbanded after the allies determined it to be a paramilitary organization in violation of the provisions of the 1919 Treaty of Versailles.

Your Luger appears to be manufactured (and dated)in 1920. Any additional data as to serial number, magazine markings etc. would most sppreciated.
