Sverre, Judging by the stitching holes between the belt loops and the fact that the back panel of the holster does not cover the mag pouch, My best guess is that this was originally a 1918 Artillery holster that was later reworked to a PO8 type for the Police. There should be additional unused stitching holes running down the right side, below the mag pouch, from where the LPO8 cleaning rod pouch was removed. This would lead me to believe that it was made by Deutsche Sighalflaggen-Fabrik of Karsruhe/Berlin TH
