Bob, Welcome to the Luger Forum.

Not if your Bill Gates. So many things depend on your collecting interests. Are you interested in investment, shooting or?

While I am not up on prices for post 1945 Lugers I would not be interested in paying that kind of money for an Interarms pistol no matter what it is. That's just me though.

For that kind of money you could have a wide range of choices of quality pre 45 collector pistols that have some actual history to their credit. A quality Artillery or even an Imperial Navy.

I must admit people seem to be willing to pay quite a bit for these post war pistols but I am not one of them. I am sure there will be some Forum members who will have some interesting opinions that might not be the same as mine. Jerry Burney
