Hi Dave,
You might start looking for a 70's production Mauser. The prices seem to be sensible, at least for now. In the $800 range. Check Guns America, there are usually a few posted. That's about the only option for a 6" shooter, unless you can find one that is re-barreled or rebuilt. BTW, the 6" are by far the most fun to shoot. Ron
