Hello Nick,

Has Mr. McTague passed away ?

I do not know him or have never met him. But there is a note in Jan Still's book on Imperial Lugers at the bottom of page 92 that he assessed a 1915 Erfurt LP-08 luger (which is a piece surrounded by controversy) and considered it original and correct. It is for sale with the folks that run MidWest Firearms...here is a web site link if you want to see a photo...
