Hello Rick,
As far as the LP08 concerns, I really guess that the only official case made for this model was done by Mauser for the commemorative Lange Pistole 08 in the 1985-86. I have attached a photo of my model with all original accessories and documents. Some other gadgets of epoch are visible (Mauser wrist watch, Mauser pin ...) to complete the set.
