You have a very interesting Luger. As Ed said, some pictures would help a lot. The upper case B is usually associated with prototype Lugers in the 10,000 serial number range. An upper case C is also the suffix for the second contract of the 1908 Bulgarian (1C-5000C). The CAI ST ALB VTT is definitely the Century Arms import mark.

Upper case B prototype Lugers have one or more features that differ from standard. Does your Simson have any unusual dimensions, features or configuration, other than markings, that vary from those of a standard Simson?
