In this troubled world of ours there is another issue which these gun controlling tyrants don't take into account.
Many recreational firearm owners are former soldiers who, if needed, could still give good account of themselves should their respective countries need them.
The question is, would they?
Ten years ago I would have stood on the beach and thrown rocks at any invader who threatened these shores, now I couldn't care less and I am not alone in my attitude.
