.Seems that this is a never ending question on this and old forum. Last year I put together about a 10 page discertation, drawing and photos of tools to make and method for removing barrels. I sent it out to a few who ask. One guy set me $20 for my time. I have some experience before Thor and others got here. Would estimate that I have removed and replaced at least 100 and only scratched one or two. Not a big secret--only takes right tools and some mechanical skill. Less than $30 worth of material and a bit of work can make the tools without anything more than a drill press. Could be done with an electric drill, file and a hacksaw
