Hi
If not marked "Denmark" think Portugal in 1940, a few Lugers went with blue bodies. The portuguese "parkerized' a bunch of these magazines along with many of the P 08's (42-byf). I have a couple that came from Portugal via Canada. Also a "parkerized" looking 1940-42 in the - z - block with a "parkerized" looking rolled tin matching magazine. I would like to think my 1940-42 and your "parkerized" looking magazines were Mauser "experimental" units. Wishful thinking, but don't have a concrete answer. Good Luck Don |
