Looking to purchase this luger

My current FFL dealer's charge for incoming guns went from $15 to $20 a while ago. Unless I'm mistaken, it's a minimum of a state mandated $10 anywhere here. The place I used for the first pistol transfer I ever did charged $30, so I found another dealer pretty quickly after that! I used another guy until he retired and gave up his FFL, and he didn't charge for outgoing transfers. I'll find out what my current dealer charges to transfer outgoing guns eventually as I intend to thin out the collection.

The S.A.F.E. Act https://nics.ny.gov/new-york-secure-...ement-safe-act has fully kicked into application, and now there's a $2.50 background check for every ammo purchase. Fortunately, I'm fairly close to the PA border.
