What's this P08 magazine

Nothing original or aftermarket repro fits this mag? You pretty much need a part or two that can be modified to make it run again.
If you look at it a bit closer, you'll see there are no provisions for either an original follower or even the spring guide on the mag shell to fit into?
So the spring pictured won't go and an original replacement won't go as well. Now, a Wolfe fxo spring, or an original fxo spring, or a P.38 spring will all work with some slight modification. The bottom will be the real struggle, but i think i can solve that delimma as well... ...
