state law can be stricter then but it can not conflict with any federal law legally in effect -



Marijuana and other drugs show this is not the case today.

it is still the case but political climate just ignores it like many other laws + regulations - IIRC the supreme court refused to hear the first case against a state legalizing pot without reason -

The Az congress is really trying to show Biden and his lot what this state and it's people stand for. I congratulate them for moving in this direction.

I live in a 2nd Amendment sanctuary county, and the map is getting more colorful every month: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Second...ment_sanctuary . TN is a constitutional carry state since Thursday last week, and I wouldn't be surprised if TN turns into a 2nd Amendment sanctuary very soon. Not to mention the record gun sales in the past year or so, there's more first time gun owners now than there has ever been. It makes you wonder how long it will take before Biden gets the point.
