Arizona is now a Second Amendment Sanctuary State!
I have fantastic news to share! Arizona just became a Second Amendment sanctuary state! the Second Amendment Sanctuary bill (HB 2111) -- sponsored by Rep. Leo Biasiucci (R) -- was signed and enacted by Governor Ducey. This means state and local government officials will be under order to NOT enforce ANY unconstitutional federal gun control laws, which will make it significantly less likely for Biden’s federal gun control to be enforced. |
It's pretty damn bad when a state has to pass a law to uphold and enforce a constitutional amendment.
SCOTUS may be the only federal institution that may save peoples' rights. |
Hurray for Arizona!!!

Not much to it, just an open ended out for State and Local Law Enforcement to bow out if they choose to identify a Federal Gun Law in violation of the 2nd Amendment. But it is a great Start!!!

numerous court rulings going back over 150 years -
state law can be stricter then but it can not conflict with any federal law legally in effect -
|
More and more States are waking up to the nonsense going on in DC. There is one State that told the Biden communists that they ?will not have any illegal immigrants on their soil"!

Marijuana and other drugs show this is not the case today. |

Should have not voted for Biden in the 1t place... |
I live in a 2nd Amendment sanctuary county, and the map is getting more colorful every month: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Second...ment_sanctuary . TN is a constitutional carry state since Thursday last week, and I wouldn't be surprised if TN turns into a 2nd Amendment sanctuary very soon. Not to mention the record gun sales in the past year or so, there's more first time gun owners now than there has ever been. It makes you wonder how long it will take before Biden gets the point.

" It makes you wonder how long it will take before Biden gets the point."
Liberals never get the point because they are the ones who are always right. |
OK, This thread announcement IS NOT meant to be political in any way. It is gun related and something to celebrate but lets tone it down before we get booted off.
