[QUOTE=HerrKaiser;316495]“you loaded 8 rounds in it? It seems I can never get more than 7 without forcing it really tight.”
Yeah I usually load up 8 in a magazine. Not all aftermarket magazines will hold 8 rounds and were never intended to! My family has a large amount of hand strength among ourselves, I manage to load all the rounds and don’t even have a takedown/loading tool for my Lugers, all thumb strength to depress the magazine springs . That said, this Dutch Magazine was noticeably more difficult and could BARELY fit an 8th round as I had to work around the feed lips (will post better pictures of this later). I'm a little surprised that you didn't bust the plastic base, it will sooner or later!Side question now, since I have a 1920 commercial model Luger with 1 original matching magazine, would this holster suffice as a step towards making it a rig? Not really, it doesn't "look" like a luger holster without the mag pouch, JMHO.And would this magazine be able to help perform the same role since it’s clearly an otherwise unmarked commercial magazine of some sort[Ys, if you get it fixed./QUOTE]

See notes above.
