An Ideal holster stock on a 1900 or 1906 commercial or American Eagle Luger is also a proper combination.

According to BATFE the Ideal holster stock is only legal on 1900, 1902 or 1906 American Eagle Lugers...a standard commercial model is not permitted. It seems like splitting hairs, but whoever applied for the exemption of the Ideal holster stock specified only AE Lugers, so that is what is in the rules.Ron
