I personally despise when folks return an item of mine. But then I try to show plenty of pictures and good description. I would rather they think its worse and be pleased then return something (doesn't mean I haven't returned items either

I guess I am confused by how crappy the pictures must have been to not see the damage? There were original pictures and then you asked for additional?

BTW, the price was more like I'd expect than a pristine item.
