Hi Jani,
Thanks for the additional photos. I suspect the serial number of your gun is 8891a and that it is a DWM 1st Issue made in 1909. I believe it's receiver was refinished when the replacement barrel was installed and that it's left side inspection and proof marks were removed at that time. On this model these marks are often very lightly struck. The photos below are from one of mine, very close in serial number to yours.

hmm.. I can´t see this alphabet as "a" or it must be very badly struck. And this curve at the top, does "a" have such ?
