To me it looks like a Swiss commercial made by the Swiss rather than by DWM. They typically have that bit of a ridge on the base where the round knobs join the middle section rather than a smooth transition. Evidently the base was a little loose so someone put a pin in the front to secure it.

Hi Ron,
Many thanks for your reply. I or should I say "we" value your input very highly. Since I have the mag in hand, I would like to say that the circle on top, although looks like a pin, appears to be a circle stamp much like that of a Portuguese less the inner diamond.
