Most certainly one would still be covered by Medicare regardless of what precipitated the need for an emergent visit....as there is no idiot test disqualifier.

accidental fire arm wounds. We are only covered in the event of DEATH. There is a $19.99 refund and after the processing fee I
only owe $14,301.99 due payable by my estate. I hope your hospital is more affordable. I will give a promisary note if need be.
