MAUSER company manufactured Lugers from 1930 to 1942, that's why a 1916 MAUSER never existed. I assume you ment a "1916 Luger" probably manufactured by DWM or by ERFURT. In any case a 1916 gun would need a nickel plated steel mag with wood bottom. Best regards Sergio
