Sigh...I miss my 400 Four...it was way ahead of its time. Its little engine had a 10,500 rpm redline in 1976!

These are the two I have now...The blue 450 is licensed & registered; the 500Four is going back together slowly...It's a long term project, I bought one like this brand new in 1972 and have had "unfinished business" with 500Fours since then...
![]() Neither would do the ton, even when new...95 tops...It was thought back then that Honda had deliberately de-tuned them, so as not to embarass the CB750, which would only do 112...
