Welcome to the world of CITES regulations. It's a shame how many species are severely harmed by restrictions on LEGAL hunting. Unintended consequences...

I'm not a collector and I sometimes get caught out by the more technical terms collectors use - Can someone explain "Factory engraved polished metal coin type metal finish" to me???

Just curious but I wonder if it would be possible to skirt the law by giving the grips, free gratis, to the person that buys this particular Luger, say as an incentive? After all, freebies are given all the time to those that purchase many other items?
