COLT 1903 is one of the prettiest pistols in human history. Will buy one if available in local gun shop.

Is it hammerless? If I remembered right, it has an internal hammer?

It's not really hammerless it has a concealed hammer.

Funny thing Browning improved the pistol in 1910 for FN. The FN 1910 is a really hammerless design.

The price I have seen quoted at about $1000 (retail higher) would be a deal breaker for me. Bill
