I believe that they stopped marking bore diameter at some point near the end of production.

Thank you everyone. Plan of dissemble tomorrow. Will take some
more photos and post. Also will take pic of magazine, inside hostler and take down tool. No import marks. Same story I'm sure has been repeated more times than the number of Lugers made.
