The gun was not rebarreled since it has the matching serial number and the circled triangle acceptance mark.

Most likely it's .30 luger.

Edit. Can you post a picture with the safety lever engaged? It's a way to find out if it was refinished. The safety lever, the take down lever and the trigger should be originaly strawed but from your pictures I can't really tell.
