Yes you have a M2 Portuguese Luger that has been set up as a target shooter. This drops the collector valve considerably.
I don't see a Toggle retaining pin , and you should check this out before shooting the gun.
The gun has likely been re-blued, but not recently most likely when the modification was done. The rear sight was removed and a new adjustable one installed.
Have a gun smith check your head spacing before going to the range. The breach block looks newer than the upper frame and this combined with the missing toggle pin gives me some reasons to be concerned.
