I did get in touch with Neil, and here is his reply:

I did get some prints of the carbine from someone on the Lugerforum years ago, but after looking in my computer save area I do not see them. I will copy the paper of what I have and send them to you. They are not really that specific but good enough to make the parts. I did finish the one I was working on and will send you some of what I have of it. If you would you can put them on the forum.



I’ll try to gather what I have and send them but it may be in a week or 10 days as we are going to the shot show next week.
