The proof is my confirmation email I sent him which I have (can provide to moderator), a follow up email as to "what happened", as well as sending him my FFL copy to complete the transaction. I was waiting on him to give me instructions for payment, as we agreed on a lay-away plan. He stated someone told him there's something wrong with his luger and so he pulled it from being up for sale, but a day later miraculously fine to be back for sale at 30% higher price.
