Need info on 1916 DWM Luger

Hi George, I have no doubt as to the grips being original, perhaps the person doing the stamping just got loopy that day.

As for the letter suffix picture you should be able to right click on the image and then click "Save image as..." from the menu. I had done a Google image search and came across it; its source is from a gunboards.com thread at this link. http://luger.gunboards.com/showthrea...ton-Washington)
