Id say 25 or mebbe even 26. If that was the case it should be .30 the pencil test can be tricky dont know if its a certain brand of pencil or what but my .30 luger alphabet serial 1080p (1926) was pretty lose on a pencil

why are there two nitro proofs?

Lugers were more common in 30 luger during that time frame as exports, but 9mm could be purchased just as easily.

$600-$700 in 9mm as a shooter to a collector, the ground stock lug shoots it down...
