not sure what an 'alpha' DWM is.... It is mismatched, no way to say when, but if it had been refurbed by the police, it would have left matching. Ed

Sorry for the confusion re "alpha DWM P08", but I was referencing the descriptive term used on pp36 of "History Writ in Steel" by Donald Maus to describe pistols manufactured from 1921 through 1928 with serial number suffixes "i" through "r". I apologize if I used this term incorrectly or totally out of context.
