Thank-you Guys I really Appreciate the opinions and I do know what danger means....Here is the dealers response to all the questions I asked him....

I WILL GIVE YOU TO SUNDAY TO MAKE A DECISION. TRUST IS A BIG THING WITH PURCHASING GUNS OFF THE INTERNET.YOU WILL HAVE TO TRUST ME AND MY JUDGEMENT.

So needless to say I won't be doing business with him I will continue looking and Thank-you again for your comments on my almost bad move......Ron
