Locked and loaded commercial luger

It is actually called a Safe and Loaded, and it is a 1923 commercial that was made for US export. I have been told that there were about 2,000 made. It says safe under the safety, and loaded on the extractor. It is in excellent condition. I believe all of them were in 30 Luger, as this one is. It comes with a holster, but it is marked 1916, so is probably not right. So either of the mags would be correct? Thanks for any info you might be able to add. It looks like I may have to sell it.
