It is a 1910 army luger, made by DWM, at some point it went into police service (see the sear safety on the left)
There is a good chance it has been reblued at some point, as the acceptance and final proof on the right are 'faded' The holster is a WW2 army holster that someone has added a swastika to it. Ed
