In the past, Numrich sold ~6" barrels in both 7.65 and 9mm caliber. They were fully machined and blued. They looked very well made. I bought one of each and installed them on the two Lugers I had back then. I'm sure others did also.

I'm pretty sure Sarco has advertised them also.
