about 50 years ago the new bride and I honeymooned in KC at the famous Muelhbach hotel

the WW1 museum at that time was very interesting distraction for us and I can recall staring at a shrapnel damaged belt and holster on exhibit from the kia in France soldiers family. and also a few captured german machine guns in window display

looks like the museum is a must see soon
