A "collector" Luger is one with all correct, numbers matching parts as close in configuration to when it left the factory as possible. A "Shooter" means that there is little danger of devaluing the gun's monetary worth by shooting it, since a broken, numbered part can simply be replaced without the gun losing its "all matching" designation, since it is already mismatched.
