It is an Erfurt acceptance mark. The C/M on the DWM which can sometimes be seen on 1914 dated DWM has a 4 lobe crown.
Erfurt acceptance stamps have a 3 lobe crown and DWM has normally a 4 lobe crown, there are some exaptions on DWM luger from 1916 on.
